Water Treatment

Complete Water Treatment Services
From initial setup to ongoing performance, our team handles all your water treatment needs through three dedicated service areas: installing new purification systems, maintaining existing equipment for peak efficiency, and executing timely repairs whenever you need them.
Repair Services
A system failure means compromised water quality or even expensive water damage. If you notice a leak, a change in water quality, or your system is simply not working, call us immediately! Our certified technicians specialize in fast, accurate diagnosis and repair for all makes and models. We get your system fixed right the first time, quickly restoring your peace of mind and clean water supply.
Softener is Leaking or Not Regenerating
If the system is leaking or continuously running water to the drain, the main control valve often needs attention. The repair involves replacing worn seals, gaskets, or the internal pistons/spacers within the control head to stop leaks and restore proper regeneration timing.
Loss of Water Pressure
A sudden or gradual drop in household water pressure can indicate a severely clogged pre-filter or a fouled treatment media (like a completely iron-fouled softener resin). The repair service involves backwashing the media to clear blockages or replacing the severely restricted filter cartridges.
RO Tank Runs Out Quickly or Has Low Output
The RO system is producing pure water too slowly or the storage tank isn't holding enough pressure. The repair involves checking and adjusting the pressure in the storage tank's air bladder (using an air pump) or replacing the automatic shut-off valve (ASOV) which may be failing to direct water properly.
Sudden Drop in Water Quality (e.g., Hardness Returns)
If a water softener suddenly stops softening the water, the problem is often related to the brine system. The repair involves cleaning or replacing the brine line, injector/venturi assembly, or the float valve assembly within the brine well to ensure the unit draws the salt needed for regeneration.
Chemical Feeder Pump Failure
For disinfection or $\text{pH}$ adjustment systems, the feed pump may stop running or fail to draw/inject chemicals. The repair involves replacing or repairing the pump's motor, diaphragm, or peristaltic tubing, and clearing any crystallization or clogs from the chemical injection point.
UV Lamp Failure/Error
If the UV system's alarm sounds or the indicator light shows the lamp is off, the water is no longer being disinfected. The repair involves safely replacing the UV lamp and cleaning the quartz sleeve (the glass tube surrounding the lamp) to ensure maximum light penetration and effective disinfection.
Installation Services
Tired of hard water damage, foul tastes, or worrying about contaminants? Our professional installation services are the foundation of healthy, enjoyable water in your home. We use customized systems, backed by expert water testing, to directly target your specific water problems—guaranteeing the removal of unwanted minerals, chemicals, and bacteria right from the source. Explore our core installation solutions below and take the first step toward superior water quality.
Water Softening
Removes hardness minerals, primarily calcium and magnesium, which cause scale buildup. This is used for treating water that leaves white scale/residue on plumbing fixtures, makes soap less effective, or causes clothing to feel stiff.
Sediment Filtration
Mechanically filters out undissolved particles like sand, silt, rust, and clay. This is used for improving water clarity by removing visible turbidity or grit that may be present, especially after heavy rain or in older plumbing systems.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) System
A high-level purification process that removes a very high percentage of dissolved solids and inorganic contaminants (like lead, arsenic, fluoride) using a semi-permeable membrane. It is typically used as a point-of-use system (e.g., under the kitchen sink) to provide ultra-purified water for drinking and cooking.
Chemical Feed/Injection Systems
Injects a chemical (like chlorine or soda ash) into the water to oxidize contaminants or adjust pH. This is used for oxidizing iron and manganese (which cause staining) so they can be filtered out, or for injecting chlorine to disinfect water containing bacteria.
UV (Ultraviolet) Disinfection
Uses UV light to sterilize water by deactivating the DNA of bacteria, viruses, and cysts, without adding chemicals. This is ideal for treating microbiologically unsafe well water that has tested positive for bacteria (like coliform) to make it safe.
Activated Carbon Filtration
Adsorbs contaminants, particularly organic chemicals, chlorine, and compounds that cause unpleasant taste and odor. This is effective for removing the smell and taste of chlorine added by municipal plants, or filtering out "rotten egg" odors (hydrogen sulfide, sometimes).
Maintenance Services
The best way to protect your investment is through routine maintenance. Don't risk a sudden drop in water quality or costly repairs due to neglect! Our essential maintenance services ensure your system is running at peak efficiency, extending the lifespan of your equipment and guaranteeing your family continues to receive the highest quality water every single day. Schedule your preventative service now!
Filter Cartridge Replacement
Replaces disposable sediment, carbon, and other specialty filters (including the pre- and post-filters in RO systems). This service ensures consistent removal of contaminants and prevents low water flow or pressure caused by clogged filters. Filters are typically replaced every 6 to 12 months.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Membrane Service
Involves testing the efficiency of the RO membrane and replacing it when its contaminant rejection rate drops. This critical component is usually replaced less frequently than filters (typically every 2–5 years) to guarantee the highest level of drinking water purity.
Water Softener Salt Level Check & Brine Tank Cleaning
Checks and refills the salt level in the brine tank to ensure the system can properly regenerate the resin beads. The service also includes breaking up "salt bridges" (a hardened crust of salt) and occasionally cleaning the tank to remove sludge or dirt buildup from impurities in the salt.
System Sanitization
Involves flushing the system components (like tanks, lines, and filter housings) with a sanitizing solution to kill bacteria, mold, or bio-slime that can build up, particularly in carbon filters or RO storage tanks. This is often recommended annually, especially for well water systems.
Media/Resin Bed Cleaning or Replacement
For softeners or iron/manganese filters, this service uses a chemical cleaner to strip iron, organic matter, or chlorine buildup off the resin or media beads, helping to restore the system's ability to treat the water effectively. The media itself is replaced entirely only every 7–15 years when it completely wears out.
Professional System Check-up and Water Testing
An annual comprehensive inspection that includes checking control valve settings, flow rates, seals, and connections for leaks or wear. A professional will also re-test the water quality to ensure the system is still treating the specific contaminants it was installed for.
